Students may enter the Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Planning degree program in various ways:
Applying as a Freshman
Students entering ECU as freshmen should apply here (Undergraduate Admissions Office: Freshmen). ECU Office of Undergraduate Admissions website provides information on admission guidelines, application requirements, and deadlines.
Transferring to the Planning Program at ECU
For students transferring into our degree program at ECU as a sophomore or junior, visit the transfer resource page. We recommend that you contact the Community and Regional Planning program beforehand to ensure a smooth transfer.
Changing Major to Planning (current ECU students)
If you are a current ECU student interested in Planning as your major, we recommend that you contact the Community and Regional Planning program, or stop-by our administrative office at Brewster A-216. We will help you with the process. You may also contact the program director: Dr. Misun Hur (phone. 252-327-1270).
