Motivation: When it first clicked that so many of my experiences were shaped by planning and urban patterns, I set out to make sure the generations that come after me live better lives because of my own impact on the urban fabric. I dream of a world where people live in an environment that fosters health, sustainability, and most of all, choice.
What has been your favorite part of the Pirate Planning program? The camraderie. Students and staff all know each other and help each other out, creating a sense of community I never expected. These aren’t just my classmates; they’re my friends. These aren’t just professors; they’re my mentors and guides.
